Cotswolds Barrel Aged Ginger Gin
Cotswolds' Dry Gin is out in to ex-bourbon and red wine casks for 3 months before being macerated with fresh orange peel and candied ginger for several weeks. Finall, sweetened with a touch of honey before being diluted to 46%.
Warming ginger, zesty orange, juniper and wody spices. Sip over ice or in hot with fresh apple juice.
