Made from a blend of Coffey Grain, slightly peated Miyagikyo Single Malt and a small amount of Coffey malt and Yoichi Single Malt. This incredibly versatile whisky is ideal in cocktails, highballs or a mizuwari serve as well as neat or on the rocks.
Apples and pears on the nose, perfumed notes, white chocolate and maltiness. Apples carry through to the palate, along with white chocolate followed by liquorice. Finishes with lemon zest and butter biscuits. Delicate and fragrant developing in to a creamy and soft great all rounder.
